Fractional CTO & technical advisory
Senior technical direction, without the full-time hire.
An ongoing owner for your technical priorities and decisions, with hands-on engineering included.
When it helps
- Technical decisions stall, or nobody clearly owns them.
- You rely on a vendor and need someone on your side checking their work.
- You want to put AI to work, and need someone who can separate signal from hype.
- You need senior judgment, but a full-time CTO is not the right fit yet.

Questions
What does it include?
The proposal lists responsibilities, decision authority, cadence, and engineering capacity.
Is it unlimited?
No. Work follows an agreed capacity. Anything bigger is scoped first.
We already have developers. Why add this?
We work alongside them, tying their work to business priorities and getting decisions unstuck.
Do you work with AI?
Yes. AI is one of our strongest areas. We find where it will actually pay off, then build it. If a use case will not deliver, we will say so.
Need someone to own technical decisions?
Tell us which decisions keep stalling.
